Terms of Use
Effective October 11, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the MetaOps Cash Flow application (the "Application"), an internal business tool operated by MetaOps, Inc. By accessing the Application, you agree to these terms.
1. Authorized use
The Application is provided only to MetaOps personnel and other users expressly authorized by MetaOps. You may use it solely for legitimate MetaOps accounting, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, billing-review, and related business activities.
2. QuickBooks connection
The Application may connect to a MetaOps QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's authorization process. The connection is designed for read-only retrieval of approved accounting reports and records. The Application does not create, modify, or delete QuickBooks transactions. QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's separate terms and policies.
3. Account security
Authorized users must protect their login credentials, use only their own account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended or revoked by MetaOps at any time.
4. Financial decisions
The Application supports internal review and forecasting. Its calculations and projections depend on source data and assumptions and must be reviewed by an authorized person before business, accounting, tax, or payment decisions are made.
5. Availability and changes
MetaOps may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application as business needs change. The Application is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
6. Ownership
The Application, its design, and its supporting materials are owned by or licensed to MetaOps. These terms grant authorized users a limited, revocable right to use the Application for MetaOps business only.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
